This is a full-time remote position based on Eastern Standard Timezone hours. Please note that we can only consider candidates who reside in Canada with valid working status.

What You'll Do

• Develop document and maintain manual test cases automated test scripts and other test artifacts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables.

• Identify record and track software defects working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Perform a combination of both automation and manual testing for mobile and web applications.

• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality of software products.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 4-6 years of experience working in QA with at least 3 years experience as an Automation Engineer.

• Strong experience with mobile applications and exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.

• Proficiency in Object Oriented programming preferably Python is a must.

• Experience with test automation tools such as Appium Cypress.

• Hands on Experience with testing RESTful data services.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good To Have

• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• ISTQB or similar software testing certification.

$68000 - $75000 a year

SALARY RANGE DESCRIPTION

The salary range for this position is $68000 - $75000 annually commensurate with your job-related knowledge and education skills and experience. Our salary ranges are based on market data factoring location company size and industry ensuring competitive compensation.
