PURPOSE STATEMENT

This is an exciting opportunity for a student who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-driven!Seeking a college student for an internship pursuing a degree in a drafting related field.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Assist with various financial reporting & analysis to support sales and marketing efforts primarily for the Canada and DSD Divisions. Reporting & analysis to include:
• Weekly volume and sales reporting
• Monthly analysis on results versus forecast and prior year
• Monthly reporting on strategic customers, price, volume & mix
• Product code reporting as requested
• Ad-hoc analysis for various sales & marketing requests
• Assistance with pricing models/bid P&L's
• Assist with our target setting process i.e. case reporting, P&L reporting, SG&A spending, etc.
• Communicating with USC Finance and Sales & Marketing Teams to understand requests, prepare & share results

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, working towards earning a Bachelors or Masters degree (concentration in Finance, Accounting or related field)• 3.0 GPA or higher• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)• Functional competencies to include strong financial & interpersonal skills
