Job Description
This position requires strong aptitude in coding and analytical skills. The candidate will receive training in Python and SQL, along with a wide range of quantitative and analytical techniques. Additionally, they will gain exposure to the Pharma domain and healthcare datasets. Projects will focus on areas such as patient analytics and sales & marketing analytics, including multi-channel marketing effectiveness, sales force optimization, marketing mix analysis, segmentation, and response modeling. The ideal candidate should have the ability to grasp business contexts and demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new statistical tools and techniques relevant to the assigned projects.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in the Pharma domain, AI/ML, statistics, and modeling techniques.
Willingness to learn and work primarily with Python and SQL.
Assist project managers in day-to-day interactions with the onsite team and client's business unit.
Explore and develop innovative methodologies to enhance the efficacy of existing solutions to business problems.
Qualifications
2024 graduates with a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Pharma-related field.
Strong academic record with no history of backlogs.
Proficiency or aptitude to learn programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to think creatively, assess current processes, and suggest improvements.

Execute all tasks related to information security management system as appropriate
