Summary

The Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern will be responsible for assisting the management team in relation to the steel service industry. They will be responsible for helping with process studies, optimization, monitoring key performance indicators, product management, supervising employees, corresponding with vendors, print reading, project management, and field service work.

What you'll need

• In pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a group.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of employees.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Strong commitment to a career in engineering, operations, research & development or commercial functions.
• AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo, Inventor, or Autodesk experience
