PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich Products is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Effectiveness Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the global sales team in order to improve performance and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales Effectiveness Accelerator team and other departments to analyze and interpret data, create reports, and identify trends and opportunities.

Role is for 30/hours a week.

Role will begin on May 16-August 11, 2023

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Work with large data sets to analyze and interpret data related to salesforce adoption and sales process performance
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for optimizing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making and drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to the sales team
• Effectively communicate data insights in a business-friendly way to all relevant cross functional stakeholders
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and performing data cleaning tasks

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or Statistics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large data sets
• Ability to communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
