Position Summary
An intern providing support for the Chief of Staff to drive key business requirements including, but not limited to: data mining for regions, digital water ERP testing, support action development for BMF and Wave focused meetings for the region, building system and process governance globally and key project support and oversight. This position will be pivotal to support the drive for execution excellence building and driving execution of global focused initiatives.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Be given professional analytical and management support work assignments
- Assistance may be required in the preparation of monthly or weekly reports
- ERP testing for digital water
- Data mining for regions
- Support action development for meetings
Desired Skills
- Expertise in numbers and good math skills are very important
- Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
- Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering and verifying data,
- knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment
Education Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university and have completed 2 years of college courses in business, finance
