As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

We are currently looking for an Intern for join our Finance Team in Gdańsk.

It's a full-time job, from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

You will act as a Supplier Master Analyst.
• You will create new and maintain existing vendor accounts in accordance with SOX compliance standards.
• Liaise by email and phone with internal departments (AP, ASSET, Business, Sales team,
Return team) partners and external suppliers (vendors and customers)
• Mitigate risk
• Assist in projects in our systems
• Brief introduction to supplier master analyst role
• Create and maintenance Vendors (Trade, nontrade, intercompany and employee

What are we looking for?
• Zeal to learn new systems and a problem solver.
• Optimistic and able to handle high workload.
• Very organized and fast learner
• Fluency in English
• Spanish, French or Portuguese speaking an advantage.
