REQUIREMENTS
- A cover letter addressing which department(s) you are interested in and why you would be a good fit.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college.
- Commute to the office 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- Business hours (9 am-5 pm, 5 days/week)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
If you're someone who wants to accelerate your career in advertising and garner valuable experience by working as a member of our team to help drive TV forward, this is the place for you! This internship allows students to learn about the advertising sales and technology industry while working in the discipline of their interest. In addition to working on projects and daily assignments in your specific department, you will also participate in additional programs such as learning and development opportunities, a company speaker series, a mentorship program, and a summer project.
INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:
- Sales Operations
- Act as an operations partner to different parts of the organization. Assist in projects such as user acceptance testing, salesforce administrator tasks, and analyzing sports viewing data to generate insights for sales planning.
- Data & Insights
- Support the sales teams of Ampersand by providing research, post-campaign analysis, and other data deliverables to support both pitching new clients and growing relationships with existing partners
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Desire to expand your knowledge of the ad tech industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to collaborate with others to successfully complete a group project.
