The Advanced Data Converters Group (ADG) has an opening for a RF/Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineering intern. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced RF, analog, data converter, system, digital, and firmware engineers on state-of-the-art software-defined radio developments for wireless systems.
Description:
Qualifications:
• Master's or Ph.D. candidate enrolled in an Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant degree.
• Some experience with CMOS RF/analog/data-converter/mixed-signal IC transistor level design.
• Exposure to one of more of the following: LNAs, mixers, high speed converters, synthesizers, and PLLs.
• Experience in RF system architecture and analysis is a plus.
Specific assignments include but are not limited to:
• Participation in transistor level integrated circuit design, simulation, and evaluation.
• Participation in RF systems architecture design and analysis
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
