Intern-Analyst PMO

Ascend Learning is hiring a PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst Intern for Summer 2023 (10-12 weeks, though start and end dates are flexible). As an Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work as a part of a high-performing PMO team and finish the summer with an enhanced skillsets. Leawood, KS office/hybrid location.

Responsibilities

• Learn applications such as Smartsheets, Tempus and Confluence
• Categorize Project Management documentation, identify conflicting practices or duplicated information
• Conduct User Research activities, analyze and document the findings. Analyze, prioritize gaps, provide recommendations and implement solutions.
• Assist in time tracking activities, capital planning activities and general project coordination

Education & Experience

• Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 (MS Excel in particular)

Skills & Abilities

• Self Motivated
• Must be able to complete tasks properly and in a timely manner
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports and interface based on defined requirements
• Understand, identify, acquire, and analyze data from multiple sources to streamline the delivery of information .
• Demonstrates outstanding communication skills to gather user requirements from end-users and translate them into a meaningful product/tools/documentation
