Intern - ASIC Test and Product Engineering

We are seeking a ASIC test engineer intern to work with test and product engineer develop test program for SSD and UFS controllers.

Basic skillset:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering with hands on lab experience academic/professional
• Strong interest in software development with good programming skills. Strong knowledge of any of the following is desirable: C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl.
• Understanding in testing of CMOS SoC's. Knowledge of digital and analog IC such as amplifiers, oscillators, transceivers, LDO, PLL, etc.
• Knowledge of accurate and effective use of lab test equipment. (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

What makes candidates stand out (big plus but not essential):

• Test program development experience on logic ATE tester platform such as UltraFlex/J750/E320/Advantest 93K is a plus.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process.
• Experience with Data Analysis SW in support of Characterization Reports and Yield Reporting tools such as Excel VBA, JMP or Galaxy.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$27.31 - $34.81

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
