Primary Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Analyze existing system functionality and business processes in the scope of the business need and recommend actionable, cost-effective solutions to improve
• Conduct long and short-term data analysis with a focus on increasing productivity, lowering fixed and variable costs, and improving customer experience
• Provide assessment of SpecTek's financial and market performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, other BU's and strategize to build short and long-term unconstrained demand forecasts.
• An analytic problem solver that enjoys generating ideas, but is equally committed to seeing them through, designing and implementing plans that transform those ideas into tangible results

• A continuous improvement mindset that constantly seeks opportunities to do things more efficiently; works with stakeholders/leaders to improve relevant business processes

Qualifications and Education/Experience:

• Competent in working in a fast paced cross-functional team environment across multiple sites while handling multiple projects
• Experience in business analysis with emphasis on business intelligence and advanced analytics projects

• Bachelor's Degree Seeking, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in planning, consulting, or marketing intelligence.
• Leads without authority, collaborates through an inclusive approach across geographic and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for the company.
• Takes Initiative: Comfortable seeking help, meeting new people, pushing boundaries, leading change, passion for knowledge/learning.
• Organized and Analytical: Cross-correlate data from disparate sources, simplify complexities and document assumptions, robust command of Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.
• Team player, encourager, motivator
