Intern CAC Engineering

We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Intern, CAC Engineering to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA as part of the USA's Air Conditioning Technologies Team. Internship runs June 1st to July 31st 2020.

Responsibilities• -Assist Sales Tool Engineering software team with creation of training materials for new Web Based software• Create LATS Sales Tools software test templates for different HVAC models to be used for beta testing the LATS HVAC software• Update LATS schematic wiring diagrams• Create CAD detail files for VRF products including, but not limited to Multi V Water 5 • "Assist with the launch of new web-based HVAC Selection software called LATS which will make it easier for our customers to design/select our HVAC products• Provide more documents to help our customers design around LG HVAC products and increase our product sales

Job Requirements• Enrollment in an accredited University is required• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related major is preferred• Rising Junior or Senior is preferred• Corporate experience as an intern or similar in Engineering isa plus.• Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a desire to learn more about Engineering• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Experience using Autocad and/ or Revit• Ability to read technical HVAC documents and learn LG based Selection Software Tools, AutoCAD experience a plus
