The opportunity:
Achieve is looking for a talented Product Management intern for the summer of 2023. You will work with our Consumer Lending team on initiatives that drive business value, with a focus on owning business outcomes from Discovery through Design, Development, Testing, Monitoring and Iteration. You will develop professionally, enhance your skills, foster connections by growing your network, and have an opportunity to interact with every facet of our business.
You'll help us build tailored, targeted products in an agile, modern environment alongside a collaborative group of innovators. Our product team is responsible for creating savvy, user-centric products that make our application users' journeys easy to navigate. What you'll do:
? Gain an understanding of the consumer lending product teams and a deep understanding of our consumers - the people we aim to serve and support every day.
? Learn to analyze and document user workflows and create experiences. Map current state and future state processes.
? Conduct qualitative and quantitative research that thinks across product boundaries.
? Contribute to strategic planning and roadmaps.
? Contribute to building a consumer-centric product and organizational culture, advocating for the user's perspective, and building user empathy.
What you'll bring:
? Current rising senior at an accredited university, graduating between Fall 2023-Spring 2024
? Strong storyteller - excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with various audience types.
? Critical and analytical thinker - someone that asks thoughtful questions, listens deeply, pays attention to the details, and can bring it all together into a creative solution that meets the needs of the consumer, the business, and our investors
? Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
? Strong desire to learn with a proactive demeanor
? Experience with and/or strong interest in UX research, design thinking, storytelling and presenting
? Experience with any of these tools is a plus: Jira, Miro, Trello, Lucidspark, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sunbeam, Supernova, Usertesting, Scout, Maze, Loom, DoveTail
