Job Description

The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (May 23rd - August 11th) and all positions are paid hourly with an average work week of 40 hours. You’ll receive real world career experience in a professional setting focused on digital banking software and technology. In addition to your daily work, you will be given the opportunity for weekly classroom trainings with Sr. Leadership, activities with other Q2 interns and the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program.Β Upon completion of the internship program, interns have the opportunity to receive a full-time position after graduation.

Due to the nature of this position, it is required for the intern to be based in Austin or the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:Β 

  • Plan and execute Culture and Community events for Q2
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to support and execute culture and community events
  • Support admin management of employee engagement technology solutions
  • Research opportunities for an ever-changing hybrid culture and employee recognition
  • Support on-site logistics such as shipping, organization, and delivery of swag

Requirements:Β 

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation between May 2023 and May 2024.
  • Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively with minimal up-front instruction and take ownership of work product; driven, diligent, and self-motivated
  • Excellent Microsoft products (excel, word, PPT) a must.
