This role reports into the Business Transformation team, which focuses on delivering end-to-end customer insights and influences the re-engineering of processes and development of company programs. This individual will be tasked with delivering business value from ideation to implementation by identifying Voice of the Customer trends, translating opportunities to dollar impact, and improving OpEx business processes in a fast-paced, growing environment.
The Impact You Will Make

• Drive a Voice of the Customer capstone initiative to collect, consolidate, and share insights with Grubhub leadership to drive a product or process change
• Utilize a quantitative approach to assess business process opportunities with an experimental mindset that will drive results through trend analysis and recommendations.
• Provide business insights utilizing qualitative and quantitative customer experience data to conduct root cause analysis.
• Make impactful, ROI positive business process redesign recommendations.
• Build stakeholder relationships to identify gaps and opportunities to further drive revenue or reduce cost.
• Create cost/benefit analysis of opportunities and validate recommendations.
• Validate recommendations through live environment testing, tying statistical results to business decisions.
• Guide healthy debate and challenge the status quo of established processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• Current MBA or Masters in supply chain, business, economics, or finance.
• Strong analytic background; a concentration in data analysis is a plus
• Understanding of behavioral economics and statistical concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel required. SQL, JMP or Minitab is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with many stakeholders and exemplify customer service values
