The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (May 23rd - August 11th) and all positions are paid hourly with an average work week of 40 hours. You’ll receive real world career experience in a professional setting focused on digital banking software and technology. In addition to your daily work, you will be given the opportunity for weekly classroom trainings with Sr. Leadership, activities with other Q2 interns and the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program. Upon completion of the internship program, interns have the opportunity to receive a full-time position after graduation.
This position will be an in-office or hybrid role. Due to this being an in-office or hybrid role, it is preferred the intern is located in Austin or surrounding areas.
As a Customer Success intern, you will obtain industry knowledge of managing client relationships. You will get to see negotiations and key conversations take place.
Responsibilities:
· Help document or process for executive briefs
· Assist with executive meetings
· Enhance the customer service role to improve visibility within key employees
· Send swag items out to clients, thank you notes after visits and/or meetings
Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation between May 2023 and May 2024.
· Motivated self-learner with the passion and follow through to acquire new skills
· Good written and verbal communication
· Ability to operate independently and proactively with minimal up-front instruction and take ownership of work product; driven, diligent, and self-motivated
· Excellent Microsoft products (excel, word, PPT) a must.
