About the Intern Program:

As an intern, you will help lead projects that help shape the future of OCC. This person will apply their skill-set and knowledge toward tackling designated projects. This an exciting opportunity to have a true impact on the company by designing and implementing solutions for real challenges facing the business. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Projects and Responsibilities:
- This individual will gather all implementation requirements from stakeholders, aid in developing implementation approaches/plans/procedures to diminish project risk and ensure successful completion of the project.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop an implementation project plan and assist in the identification and establishment of an implementation team
- Help coordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to define and scope implementation plans for major projects from start to finish
- Communicate and manage internal implementation requirements and expectations
- Work with IT management team, and stakeholders to clarify and ensure implementation approach adherence to business requirements
- Write user stories and functional documentation associated with the implementation approach
- Create presentations, policy and procedures required to support the implementation approach
- Creation and management of extensive confluence pages throughout the implementation lifecycle of a project/program/work-effort
Candidate Qualifications:
- Computer science finance, or business major a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills a must
- Highly organized with attention-to-detail

- Options industry knowledge
- General Technical knowledge which includes programming languages, databases, testing tools, CI/CD tools, networking technologies, security controls as applied to software technologies
- Experience leading change in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Implementation experience with demonstrated success delivering project from start to finish
