Job description

  • Support execution of the employer brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global EB and regional TA priorities and leveraging technology platforms.
  • Be a brand guardian: ensuring all activities align with global brand guidelines and deliver training for recruiters, employee advocates, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market data and insights to understand and align audience targeting with business needs and recruitment objectives.
  • Develop and track employer branding KPIs, aligning them with global and regional goals to measure brand impact and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support the activation of global awareness campaigns and plan, manage, and activate recruitment marketing campaigns to support the local Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, across both early careers and experienced hires.
