Intern Field Marketing
Job Description
The Team:
The field marketing team works directly with the sales team to create marketing programs that drive new leads and revenue for the business. Their mission is to dominate the market by delivering an inspired and orchestrated marketing experience to our customers. By joining this thriving marketing team and get hands-on experience on modern marketing tactics and how to make impact in the business
The Role:
As an intern on the marketing team, your role will be to support us in the launch of marketing programs, as well as the organization of Celonis flagship events. You will support the planning, creation, and executing of marketing activities after conducting preliminary research and will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external marketing vendors.
The work you'll do:
- Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation
- Support the design and execution of industry events, Celonis-hosted in person events and Celonis-hosted webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers
- Develop relationships with marketing vendors for digital advertising, content syndication (sharing Celonis content through an external media brand) and lead purchase
- Support in the creation of local customer programs and Women in Process Mining community programs
- Support the development and execution of communication plans to our sales and business development teams
The qualifications you need:
- Current Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
