Our Product Managers have unyielding passion when it comes to shaping the future of design and engineering. We act as the critical connection between customer needs and business strategy, solution design, software development, and go-to-market execution.

As a product management intern, you will be paired with a Senior Product Manager mentor who will support you in your work. You will conduct problem and solution validation with customers, dig through analytics data, address a customer issue, work through a challenging design question with your team, and more.

In this internship you'll focus on refining the opportunity, design, and positioning of a new, efficient, scalable, plugin-based web and mobile client framework our customers need to do their work and collaborate efficiently. You'll collaborate with the product development team as you perform market research, leverage product analytics, and connect with customers as part of your project.

  • Harvest new insights from support, customer engagements, sales opportunities, product analytics data, market research, and other sources
  • Ideate on new concepts and opportunities to address emerging and future customer needs
  • Collaborate with Researchers, Software Developers and Experience Designers to develop and iterate on solutions
  • Contribute to internal communications to keep stakeholders informed of changes in priorities and progress
  • Contribute to complex business discussions, prioritization decisions, and other critical decision-making processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with an interest in Product Management, at the time of internship
  • Interest in learning and applying product management best practices to a variety of user and business problems
  • Experience making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team
  • High energy, with a positive outlook and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excited to work closely with engineers, designers, researchers and cross-disciplinary partners
  • Experience in software development processes and interest in progressive web apps are a plus
