What you'll do:

HR Operations internship duties may include:

• Creating data packs and information slides as needed for meetings.
• Supporting the wider HR team
• Supporting key Group HR projects and process improvements to provide value to the business
• Designing training opportunities for the employees
• Collaborating training opportunities for the employees
• Data collection with filling out questionnaires
• Supporting Intern activities

Additional Details:

• 12-week paid summer internship
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• All work is expected to be hybrid in Indianapolis
• Housing stipends are available for eligible candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of college coursework completed
• Preferred areas of study include: Business/HR or related field
• GPA should be 3.0 or higher
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in PDF software and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
