Your Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting role for the sales/go to market teams in the solution design process from opportunity selection or receipt of a client RFP through to contract signature and handover to fulfilment or delivery.
• Project management approach during the bid process; managing most of the internal processes.
• Proposal development communication across many IBM functions strong understanding of IBM business rules and processes to ensure compliance.
• This role interfaces with aligned functions such as Sales/Go-to Market Contract&Negotiations Quality Assurance Pricing Tax etc.

Role covers wide range of activities throughout the entire proposal process and preparation including:

• project calculations
• support with formal documentations (including specific for public tenders)
• ensuring compliance with solution design and delivery process business control reviews and approvals
• preparing templates for proposals relevant references
• contract registrations
• support with invoicing
• registration of new customers in our systems
• validating customer data
• financials analysis for running projects
• ensuring timely delivery of full solution’s documentation.
