Our company designs and manufactures turf maintenance equipment; turf irrigation systems; landscape and lighting products; snow and ice management solutions; agricultural irrigation systems; rental, specialty and underground construction equipment; and residential turf and snow equipment. We market and sell TTC products worldwide through a network of distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental center and home centers-as well as online direct to end users.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Extract and analyze ERP or business system data using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Use material or transactional data such as bills of materials, labor/machine hours by product, and annual usage to describe the operating capacity of an existing or proposed supply chain.
- Collaborate with a wide range of business functions including but not limited to Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure all stakeholder perspectives are represented in analysis.
- Use financial analysis to develop and test recommendations as compared to the current state.
- Partner with subject matter experts to determine investment cost and operating cost of existing supply chains and/or recommended supply chains.
- Summarize and present complex data to leadership in an understandable format.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Adaptable and flexible - able handle ambiguity and manage priorities that may change.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability - takes ownership and demonstrates initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ERP experience is a plus.
- This role will be primarily office based but may visit manufacturing sites or supplier locations if required.
