Intern - IT Project Coordinator

Modivcare is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Intern to support the IT Project Management team with technology project initiation, stakeholder engagement, project planning, project communications, project execution, project change control, and closing of projects. You will engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with leaders across the organization, and you will obtain experience and insight into our Corporate Program and Process Management operations.

You will report to a Project Manager. The duration of this internship is approximately 10 weeks and will begin Summer 2023.

• Collaborate with project managers to assist with meeting facilitation and meeting minutes
• Communicate action items to project team members and follow-up
• Attend and participate in project meetings and work sessions
• Assist with project reporting such as status reports
• Collaborate on project documentation and maintenance
• Support and assist with project task scheduling and maintenance
• Perform other duties and tasks as directed by Project Manager

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or related degree program
• Willingness to learn, tackle new projects, and develop skills along the way
• Open to feedback and investing in your own continuous improvement

• Proven leadership history in a club or organization

Salary Range: $20-$25/hourly
