Job Description
As an IT Technical Operations Intern, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. What you'll do:

• Work with IT Tech Ops team in a supporting / learning role for Achieve systems or networking environments.
• Create a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Identify areas of opportunity for Achieve to be more efficient or work better together.
• Develop highly sought-after technical skills and mindset for future work opportunities.
• Effectively communicate status and problems to a wider audience or management.
• Engage with the team(s) on projects and tasks to ensure completion.
• Collaborate with everyone (it is a company core value after all).
• Find your passion and interests for a good fit in a future paying job.

What you'll bring:

• Current rising senior at an accredited university, graduating Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
• Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Writing -- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Highly analytical, passionate, and self-driven individual who loves to learn, solve problems, and contribute to the advancement of the team
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT
