Key responsibilities

• Complete management of customer orders according to needs of sales and service organization
• Coordination and planning of customer orders in collaboration with production and other departments
• CRM management
• Improvement mindset
• Teamwork, drive, willingness to help and support others, proactive communication
• Reporting, analyzing, corrective actions setting
• Administrative / logistics projects support

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• Work experience on a similar position in corporate manufacturing company is advantage

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of ERP-systems and MRP is advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, proactive, communicative, objectives driven personality
• Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency
• Teamwork approach
