About the Role:

As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Managed Services Communications Tracer (Intern) will be a partner in creating new collateral for our new and existing Managed Services offerings, help share with Trace3 reports of our wins, help the Managed Services Advanced Operations team complete their schedule of new offering collateral and video posts, help track the action items to complete new offerings, meet with partners and take steps to have our accreditation placed on their site; help facilitate promoting of new accreditation and offerings with Trace3 Marketing, update our Managed Services HUB site and Box folder so that all materials are easy to find and up to date, provide research data for partners and offerings.  Provide reporting on status and next steps of all these tasks.  These are all very relevant tasks that will put you in a key helpful position for communication inside the Managed Services Team.
Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.

What you can expect to learn: 

  • Submit MS collateral to Marketing
  • Store and organize collateral on SharePoint and Box
  • Track collateral and video schedule
  • Track partner accreditation schedule
  • Capture Partnership meeting minutes and track action items
  • Provide standard partnership reports
  • Research and provide information with targeted partners
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned

Eligibility and preferred skills: 

  • Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate or graduate degree program, at an accredited college or university
  • Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to the Managed Services Internship
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript
  • Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accepts direction on given assignments
  • Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
  • Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship
  • Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with services operations.
  • Proficient in basic computer/laptop use including advanced operations
