Overview

The Marketing & Comm. Ops Intern is responsible for the demand generation marketing as well as commercial operations activities. He/she will help the Regional Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist to support the field sales and marketing operations for both Waters direct subsidiaries as well as the SEA distributor countries. Duration for the internship is for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation Marketing:

• Provide support to ASEAN marketing activities in order generate quality leads and meet business targets.
• Drive digital channels with marketing tools to optimize customer experience and engagement.
• Develop the acquisition of new contacts to enrich our customer database, including through external channels (eg. relevant 3rd party agency, local industry association).
• Streamline and improve the marketing processes/workflow in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Commercial Operations:

• Management of the marketing leads and generation of marketing effectiveness reports on SalesForce
• Exposure to CRM systems like SalesForce and business platforms and marketing tools eg. eCommerce,Marketo, Zoom, ON24 Resource Hub, 6Connex etc.
• Alignment of people, process and technology to support the commercial activities for field sales and marketing team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in the Science & Technology field.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
