Summary:

ADT is offering an exciting opportunity to join our 2023 Summer Internship Program. This will be a 10-week program to attract emerging talent eager to learn and be a part of ADT's success as we continue to empower customers to protect and connect to what matters most through safe, smart and sustainable solutions.

Position Title: Media & Tech Marketing Operations

The Marketing Department is offering an internship for 40 hours per week in the summer (start dates TBD May-August).

The Team

This Position:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work to develop suite of creative operations reporting/insights to aid in improving resource allocation, speed to market, stakeholder communications, etc.
• Own a portion of open creative jobs and manage all day-to-day activities needed to usher them to completion.
• Develop new process (and documentation) for 'customer satisfaction' program that will allow the creative operations team to capture and act on stakeholder feedback around process, communication, and output of all creative projects.

Skills/Interests:

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at a fast pace
• Strong organizational and project management skills
