Summary

This role will assist the JR Simplot Company's Network Engineering Team with daily support issues, and some project related initiatives as assigned. Learning of support systems (Cherwell, NetScout, MIST, CMK) to help with troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, resolve, or refer location/customer/carrier support tickets that are assigned to the Networking Engineering que
• Contribution to projects by assisting with hardware setup/configuration.

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

No prior experience required

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills when dealing with internal customers or external partners. Self-motivated, independent worker that can function in a fast-paced environment. Must have a positive attitude and possess good inter-personal skills.
