Intern of Finance

Your responsibilities:

• You will issue value-added tax invoices in daily business activities and register them in the financial ledger to ensure consistency between the accounts and reality.
• You will complete the daily processing of bank draft issuance registration, acceptance and signing, endorsement and transfer, and register in the financial ledger.
• You will involve in collection and submission of materials for tax change registration and bank information change registration.
• You will assist in completing the end of month closing tasks, such as closing AP/AR/GL accounts, confirming income, etc.
• You will assist in completing monthly tax declarations, including monthly value-added tax, monthly export refunds, quarterly income tax, quarterly stamp duty, etc.
• You will prepare annual audit and related financial reports as required and handling other ad-hoc tasks.

• You hold bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial etc.
• Familiar with Microsoft Platform, such as Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Power BI etc.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Both spoken & written English language is needed.
