Q2 is looking for talented individuals with exceptional technical curiosity and is enthusiastic about solving problems. 

The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (May 23rd - August 11th) and all positions are paid hourly with an average work week of 40 hours. You’ll receive real world career experience in a professional setting focused on digital banking software and technology. In addition to your daily work, you will be given the opportunity for weekly classroom trainings with Sr. Leadership, activities with other Q2 interns and the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program. Upon completion of the internship program, interns have the opportunity to receive a full-time position after graduation.

This position will be an in-office or hybrid role. Due to this being an in-office or hybrid role, it is preferred the intern is located in Austin or surrounding areas.

As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will gain working on cross-functional collaborative projects, project management, measurement of KPIS, training and development as well as methodologies related to communication and rollout strategy.

Responsibilities: 

 

· Manage reporting, resource management, standardize processes

· Identify current state and find opportunities for process improvement

· Hold conversations with stakeholders to understand problem and prioritize

· Process mapping, process modeling, standardize drafts

 

Requirements: 

· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation of May 2024

· Ability to problem solve, plan, facilitate change

· Strong communication skills

· Understanding of project management and various methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, PMBOK, SDLC)

· Experience with tools, specifically Microsoft Office, Atlassian (Confluence and Jira) preferred
