Job Description SummaryAs an Intern for the PCS Marketing Team, you will be responsible for collecting inputs from Operating Room, Intensive Care Units and Cardio departments to increase our visibility on Patient Care Solutions medical equipment. You will collect the information by calling biomedical engineers, chief nurse officers, etc. and then will upload the data in our customer relationship management system and assign potential leads to sales account managers. The market visibility will allow Patient Care Solutions business to define more impactful Go To Market strategy and will help sales account managers to be more effective on the field.
You will work collaboratively with the product managers and the sales team to define targeted sales strategies.

Job DescriptionYour missions

As part of your mission, you will report to the Marketing Manager and participate in the implementation of the marketing strategy of our Patient Care Solutions product portfolio (including anesthesia products, respirators, monitoring equipment, cardiology equipment and neonatology) in partnership with the marketing team in International (EMEA, Asia, LATAM, India). 

Main responsibilities

• Collect inputs from Operating Room, Intensive Care Units and Cardio departments to increase our visibility on Patient Care Solutions medical equipment..
• Optimize the positioning of our product line to increase customer adoption
• Develop loyalty programs for our installed base
• Participate in digital marketing campaigns
• Develop promotional tools for our sales teams

Requirements

• Business student with some scientific background preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and in German
• Knowledge of the medical devices industry
• Ability to analyze and be creative
• Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary and international environment
