Join our team as a People Partner Intern at Micron Technology! On any given day, you will interact with decision makers at all levels. You will mine data to solve unique business challenges and partner in the execution of solutions. You will be mentored and guided by seasoned HR (People) professionals that will lend their experience and knowledge to help prepare you for an accelerated career path in the People team. The internship is expected to last for 3 to 4 months.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Partner with experienced People and Business Partners in the Development of People Solutions
- Gather customer and business partner input
- Proactively assess and identify customers tactical and strategic People needs
- Participate in solution development
- Test potential solutions with customers
- Support People and Business Partners and customers
- Gather needed supporting data
- Analyze and interpret data
- Provide data interpretation to appropriate parties
- Participate in customer business-related projects as required
- Assist with meaningful and accurate workplace metrics for the business (analyze data, assess risk, interpret results and recommend appropriate actions, alternatives, and solutions) to drive proactive data-driven business decisions
Education:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field, Engineering majors also encouraged to apply
- Minimum of junior status and planning to return/continue school after your internship
