About the Intern Program:

OCC is looking for interns who are hungry for the chance to learn more, humble enough to admit they don’t know all the answers, and smart enough to recognize the opportunity. The OCC Internship Program provides students with the real-world skills to successfully transition into a career in the financial services industry. As an intern, you will help lead projects that help shape the future of OCC. This person will apply their skill-set and knowledge toward tackling designated projects. This an exciting opportunity to have a true impact on the company by designing and implementing solutions for real challenges facing the business. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Projects and Responsibilities:

• The person will work as the Business Analyst on a new Appian BPM application for OCC's Legal team.
• The application will automate the process Legal & Contract Owners use to maintain exempt and non-exempt contracts.
• The person will also lead enhancement efforts for Material Agreements, Risk Exam, Compliance Attestation, and New Products Appian applications.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team, and leadership.
• Ability to think logically in a manner to learn script writing for automation tools.
• Ability to work proactively in identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Ability to plan/manage/prioritize work to meet objectives of multiple or competing priorities/projects.

What knowledge and skills will the intern gain from this internship?

• The person will gain hands on Business Analysis and Agile delivery method skills working on real project helping the team build new and enhance existing application.
• The person will gain project leadership experience leading the above-mentioned efforts.
• The person will gain hands on knowledge working with Appian's BPM and Blue Prism RPA platforms.
• The person will have the opportunity to participate in Six Sigma White and Green Belt training and earn certification
