Our Team

We are Sales Business Solutions. We support a variety of functions across the Property and Casualty businesses. We manage the delivery of technology efforts in partnership with our Nationwide Technology teams in addition to managing internal operations functions for Sales. We are looking for innovative individuals who are excited about working in an innovative environment supporting our internal associates and agent workforce. Some of the things you can expect to be doing a Process Analyst in Sales Business Solutions include:

· Maintaining daily call and processing scheduling software and update daily and weekly schedules for a contact center.

· Managing daily operations for contact center and adjust resources as needed to meet contact center service level objectives

· Building a SharePoint site to advertise product offerings. This may include partnering with stakeholders to develop a streamlined intake process

· Participating in the evolution of the of the agency portals supporting our Independent Agency workforce

· Designing, administering and quality checking sales compensation plans with our Sales Administration and Design teams.

About You

A successful Process Management Analyst Intern at Nationwide has:

Education

● High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Undergraduate studies in Insurance, Business Management, or a related field of study

● Completion of sophomore or junior year is preferred

● Involvement in student activities and/or some work experience

● 3.0 GPA or higher is desired

Skill Sets

● Analytical

● Problem Solver

● Strong communication skills

● Knowledge of agile and/or LEAN process management principles

● Experience with MS Off
