We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the fall of 2022. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
The Carrier Product Marketing Intern will learn the lifecycle management process of Carrier Ductless HVAC Products by working closely with product managers on new product introductions. This position will support product development projects through the market and competitive analysis to support business cases, phase-in/out execution, and reporting of post-launch sales performance. This project experience will help develop knowledge and skills of business and marketing processes to utilize in the workforce upon graduation.
Experience/Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
Education
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in STEM or a related field of study
- GPA must be greater than or equal to a 3.0 GPA
- Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
