Your Role and Responsibilities
As an intern in CSR you will support the CSR Manager by connecting with NPOs universities and government entities. You will collaborate with the CSR Manager in preparing and executing the engagement meetings and events with our partners and vendors at different levels and its pre post tasks. You will support the CSR Manager with the preparation and creation of meeting agendas event plans (virtual and in-person) and workshop schedules. Your role involves engaging partners in our systems by preparing tasks to be reviewed by the CRM Manager make inputs in the appropriate systems followup partners regarding some pendent points and assisting the CSR Manager with internal and external communications preparing presentations and other communication pieces. Occasionally you will help organize corporate volunteerism activities by contacting volunteers creating communication helping the team to align the operational logistic etc. In this role your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the CSR Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and vendors setting up the events agenda and presentations.
• Mapping daily operational workflows such as weekly meetings by outlining steps identifying and documenting responsibilities and focal points for each task.
• Contributing to the development of communication materials and presentations to showcase CSR initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation required for internal and external audits or evaluations of CSR activities.
• Assisting in analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and creating reports to support decision-making processes.
• Executing activities in alignment with corporate social responsibility principles and goals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Strong communication skills: visual written and verbal.
2. Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
3. Knowledge of project management tools techniques and prioritization.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Experience with social media and digital communication tools
2. Basic understanding of online education and corporate social responsibility principles.
3. Basic understanding of data driven decisions and reporting
4. Basic knowledge of web marketing performance and web metrics.
