Intern Program - Security Services Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities
Students are employees who are hired to perform pre-professional/professional work while studying at
the university/educational institution or just after they have obtained their degree and who work for IBM
as a required part of their academic program or who work during vacations or holidays or as an internship
course; for example collaborations and graduate trainees.

Prepare performance reports and cybersecurity service metrics. Follow up on SLA reports that must be delivered by cybersecurity service towers. Participate in service level review meetings and document the results. Support in the implementation of improvements in service level management processes. Support in the monitoring of active tickets for service escalation. Calculate SLA compliance for metrics associated with Service Management (INCs SCTasks Change Requests etc.). Assist in updating service level agreements (SLAs) and selected reports.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Currently in the final years of a university or educational institution studying computer engineering a degree in computing telecommunications or a related field Analytical skills and ability to interpret data Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas. Intermediate level of English. MS TEAMS platform skills MS Office program skill
