What You Need
β€’ Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
β€’ Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and also will be verified during background check in the spring
β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
β€’ Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
β€’ Ability to exercise independent judgment
β€’ Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
β€’ Proven leadership and business acumen skills
β€’ Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
β€’ Strong interpersonal skills

Technical Responsibilities:
β€’ Participate in development of charter and management plan. Recommend tradeoffs within

projects and support project activities.
β€’ Participate in the development of and execute tasks within pre-defined project scope. Alert

manager of scope excursions.
β€’ Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a

detailed project Gantt chart.
β€’ Participate in the development of the budget and identify the cost of upcoming project

expenditures.
β€’ Participate in the development of Quality Project Planning and Execution.
β€’ Support the creation of a project risk register. Identify and analyze project risks and assist in

developing a risk response plan.
β€’ Participate in the development of a Procurement Management Plan.
β€’ Participate in the development of a project team list with cross-functional staffing

requirements.
β€’ Support the creation of a Stakeholder register and assist in the preparation of a Stakeholder

management plan.
β€’ Participate in the development of a project communications management plan.
β€’ Additional role-specific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the

local hiring manager.
