Intern - Project Manager, Enterprise Programs

As a project manager for Enterprise programs, you will be driving an improvement project to support one of our enterprise level processes that accelerate our business success. You will work across our business units and other Micron organizations to introduce improvements to processes related to product management.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drives accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management and appropriate usage of metrics.
- Prioritize and align project goals with counterparts across the organization.
- Effective management of projects through all phases (initiate, plan, execute, close)
- Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations
- Track program and project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Identify risks and execute mitigation plans
- Provide regular project updates to review status and visibility towards performance to plan
- Demonstrate improvements with data analytics tools
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good meeting facilitation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and is results oriented
- Excellent data analytics skills - experience with Tableau and Power BI is preferred
Education Requirements:
- Engineering (EE or similar) undergraduate degree. Must not be graduating before December 2024.
