We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented and proactive Intern - Sales Assistant to join our team and provide crucial administrative support to our country managers. You will be a proactive problem solver and listener with a customer-service focus within the EMEA direct sales team. You will become a product specialist and a key connection between our direct sales teams, located in Berlin, Budapest and Paris. If you can build positive relationships with customers over the phone, in an email and help them with their sales-related questions, join our Budapest team as our Intern - Sales Assistant. 

Your challenge:

  • Sales Force Management:
      • Assist in maintaining and updating the Sales Force database with accurate and current information.
      • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
      • Manage contact details and ensure database integrity.
      • Assist in lead distribution and tracking.

    Email Correspondence:

      • Respond to simple queries and requests from resellers promptly and professionally.
      • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.

    Internal Coordination:

      • Collaborate with various departments including marketing, channel operations, logistics, finance, marketing and localization to ensure alignment and streamline processes.
      • Facilitate communication and information sharing between different divisions.

    Event Organization:

      • Assist in planning and coordinating local events, including seminars, conferences, and product launches, roadshows.
      • Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities to ensure successful execution.

    Administrative Support:

      • Provide general administrative assistance to country managers, including preparing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining files.
      • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations as needed.
      • Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

You:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Ongoing studies
  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles. Interest in
  • Proficiency in SalesForce or similar CRM software. Is a plus
  • Native English speaker, Fluency 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Language Skills: Perfect fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French and German is highly preferred. Any other language is a plus 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with 3D printing
  • Any additional languages spoken
