Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern, Sales Coordinator to join our Advertising Sales Team in Singapore, supporting the Sales Director and key markets in APAC, including Korea, Southeast Asia, and Australia. This role is integral to ensuring seamless daily operations, facilitating internal processes, and fostering external communication. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across all facets of the sales business, from ideation and strategy, crafting proposals to executing campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the media and advertising industry, with relevant experience being a strong advantage.

Candidates are required to commit for a minimum duration of 3 months, starting from May/June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Team members to coordinate and communicate client needs across various markets. Collaborate with internal sales support teams to assist in creating tailored proposals and supporting documents for clients. Support the smooth execution of campaigns, including providing regular updates to clients and representatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in media or advertising.
• Understanding of the global media landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively on assigned tasks.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
• Positive attitude and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
