Overall Purpose

Be part of the team that works closely across multiple product, marketing and sales teams to support all sales operations efforts including sales leads support, customer-relationship management (via Salesforce) support, analytics and reporting, and administrative support in support of our current and prospective customers.

Essential Functions
  • Support in Sales Operations - administrative, reporting, customer support, leads/marketing
  • Maintain tracking in internal tools.
  • Expands and develops knowledge of a sales-driven/client-centric organization
  • Participates on work teams, contributes to projects and initiatives, and performs various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
  • Performs research and prepares reports on assigned topics and /or projects when required.
  • Works as a member of a team providing service to internal and external customers.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college program with course work related to the internship or general knowledge acquired as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to communicate with various levels of employees within the department and proven technical and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools or Salesforce or equivalent CRM processes
  • Experience working with Excel and presentation platforms like Power Point
  • Ability to work with data, take stakeholder input, and translate into clear descriptive stories
  • Proficiency with commonly used office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and personal computers may be necessary, depending on assignment.
  • Self-starter with ability to balance multiple deliverables.
  • Background and drug screen.
  • Must be US Citizen or US National only.

  • Additional related education and/or experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
