Overview

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The IT Infrastructure & Operations team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our Milford office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Must be currently pursuing graduation in Computer science or related fields
• Basic understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and core functionalities.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in business environments.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and predictive analytics.
• Skills in analyzing datasets using tools like Excel, Python, or R.
• Ability to interpret trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
• Basic proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, or Python for custom development and AI integrations.

Qualifications

• Research and evaluate Salesforce Einstein features to identify opportunities for implementation.
• Compare Einstein's AI capabilities with third-party AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business use cases for AI.
• Propose and prototype AI-driven solutions for use cases like lead scoring, customer insights, or workflow automation.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning datasets for training AI models.
• Maintain thorough documentation of AI experiments, results, and learnings.
