He/She will work independently and as a team to meet the high demand of MRO and more specifically in the area of supply chain projects.Specific Role Responsibilities:

Supply Chain is a network of organizations and activities that work together to create and sell a product / service. The goal of supply chain management is to make the process as efficient as possible, which can help businesses reduce costs and increase profitability You may support the process by completing Projects and portion of administrative tasks such as:

• Understanding & Improving the Company's

(Project 1) Chemical management program and

(Project 2) Plant Consumable program and

(Project 3) key outhouse repair process

• Learning the current state
• Soliciting customer's request and feedback
• Offer improvements / solutions to improve to better/ideal state
• Creating standard work to sustain the improvements & process
• Creating measures/metrics to review the effectivity & status of processes
• Assists with development of written supply chain procedures.
• Assist in reviewing and updating existing Supply Chain materials delivered internally within the organization.
• Other technical and general duties as required and requested in support of the site Supply Chain department.
• Working & communicating with stakeholders at various levels in deploying solutions

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use programing (write programs) to create dashboards or macros/automations will be an advantage (eg Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and step out of comfort zone.
