Summary
Sustainability is a hot topic in food and agriculture. At Simplot, you will work at the intersection of these complex issues by supporting Simplot's sustainability team from farm to table. This role will support the Global Sustainability Team in Simplot's diverse business, helping to weave through the data to uncover opportunities for reducing our environmental footprint across mining, manufacturing, farm sourcing, supply chain and procurement, and food processing.
Key Responsibilities
Sophomore standing or above currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in the following fields:
Travel Required: Less than 10%

- Collaborate with the sustainability team on key initiatives.
- Data management and tracking.
- Communications and employee engagement.
Sophomore standing or above currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in the following fields:
- Sustainability or Environmental Management
- Biology, Ecology, or related sciences
- Environmental Engineering
- Business
- Experience or coursework in sustainability reporting standards, employee engagement, environmental compliance or policy, or related fields.
- Must be able to show initiative and be a 'self-starter' to achieve working goals.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
