Discover Impactful Work:

The Recruitment Intern will work closely together with the Talent Acquisition team to identify top talent and ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to look into the world of recruitment at a multinational company learning about hiring strategy and digital tools enabling us to effectively support our Talent agenda.

A day in the Life:

• Reviewing applications and shortlisting CVs in our ATS and CRM system
• Manage the administration of the candidate lifecycle during the hiring process
• Phone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for our roles
• Write candidate assessments and present candidate profiles to the hiring teams
• Support recruiters with basic sourcing activities

Keys to Success:

Education

• Ongoing university studies in the field of Human Resources

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Fluency in English, written and oral
• Service oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment
• Positive can-do attitude
