As the Talent Attraction Intern, you will be a part of the team in a rotational capacity across recruitment, operations, and emerging talent recruiting functions. You will help pave the way in defining how Realtor.com recruits talent and support processes within operations. To be successful in this role, you need to be a quick learner, brand ambassador, relationship builder, program strategist, and bring a relentless focus to delivery around hiring goals and reporting, as these are all key components of the role.

What you'll do: 


TA Operations:

    • Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of Talent Attraction processes focused on driving overall effectiveness, efficiency and standardized operational procedures.
    • Support data analysis in collaboration with Talent Leadership teams for use in reports and presentations.
    • Participate on project teams focused on new and/or enhanced process training and delivery.
    • Collaborate with Talent Attraction COE and across TA functions in order to seek out opportunities to improve ATS work-flows, data integrity, technology adoption and effective utilization anchored in driving enhanced experiences for candidates, hiring manager’s and TA teams.
    • Maintain a high-level of organization, communication and creativity, with a passion for data, technology and processes.
    • Provide support and assistance for trouble-shooting process or system related issues; including working cross functionally to resolve and communication of resolutions.

Recruitment:

    • Gain knowledge on the full-cycle recruitment process 
    • Participate in market research and creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent 
    • Collaborate with Tech Recruiting team members, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
    • Maintain a high-level candidate experience
    • Support local & virtual job fairs as needed (local when company approves safe to do so as a result of COVID)

Emerging Talent:

    • Support early careers intern program and recruitment plans. 
    • Provide support for virtual events, conferences and networking functions. 
    • Support with interview scheduling, coordination efforts and provide timely communication to team members and candidates.
    • Manage accurate and timely event and candidate data.  
    • Source and drive new and creative pipelines of candidates.
    • Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision using RDC's recruiting tools (we use Greenhouse among other tools)
    • Serve as a key, consistent, and responsive contact for candidates throughout the interview and offer stages
    • Collaborate with team members, key partners and early talent hiring managers to support recruiting strategies and results
